At Green Light Music, we primarily sell digital products such as sample packs, presets, and music production resources. Since these products are delivered instantly after successful payment, our cancellation policy is strict and clearly defined.
Once an order is successfully placed and payment is completed, the product is automatically delivered to the customer via a download link or access page. Due to this instant delivery system, orders cannot be cancelled after payment confirmation.
We strongly advise all customers to carefully review the product details, description, demo previews, and compatibility information before making a purchase. This ensures that the product meets your requirements and avoids any issues after purchase.
However, cancellation requests may be considered only under the following conditions:
- If the payment has been completed but the product has not been delivered due to a technical issue.
- If there is a duplicate transaction for the same product.
In such rare cases, customers must contact us within 24 hours of the transaction with valid proof of payment. After verification, if the issue is found to be valid, the cancellation request may be approved.
If a cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Please note:
- No cancellation requests will be accepted once the product has been successfully delivered or downloaded.
- Failure to read product details before purchase will not be considered a valid reason for cancellation.
- Any misuse or fraudulent cancellation requests may lead to permanent restriction from our services.
